Cheeses are something special.
Mature and flavoursome or fresh and creamy our selection of cheeses changes on a weekly basis. Naturally we have the favourites, excellent cheddar, wonderful Brie and more - but also a number of unusual types and flavours - come in and try!

Quiches & Tartlets

We started off making just one large quiche a day for sale in the deli - but a single slice was apparently not enough!

So now we daily make at least one large quiche and perhaps as many as 20 individual quiches.

These have proven so popular that nowwe take orders most weekend for quiche and tartlets, both large and small, to order.

Here are some recent delicious fillings.But beware. these are not low-calorie snacks but rich and flavour filled concoctions made in our Old Forge Restaurant kitchen.
